AI in Defence Summit 2027

A curated, senior-only one-day summit at SQUARE Brussels bringing together defence leaders, policymakers, investors and deep-tech founders shaping European security. Doors open 08:00 with registration and a VIP breakfast; four morning plenaries cover EU sovereignty (opening keynote from DG DEFIS), disinformation and hybrid attacks on Europe, lessons from the Ukrainian frontlines, and the new economics of war. The afternoon runs three parallel strands - Capital & Policy (procurement, dual-use policy, defence startups, European AI investment), Hybrid Warfare (AI and cybersecurity, propaganda, attacks on critical infrastructure), and Autonomy & Hardware (UAVs and autonomous swarms, edge AI) - followed by the Startup Awards, a closing keynote from Alexander Stubb, and networking drinks from 18:05. Venue capacity is 1,200 delegates across five rooms, fully step-free, with interpretation on request. Every registration is individually reviewed and confirmed by email; paid tiers place a card hold that is only charged on approval and released in full if declined. Startup Competition: three startups will be selected to pitch in front of the full summit audience on 1 March 2027. Prizes include an on-stage showcase, VIP tickets with breakfast and networking access, direct introductions to investors and relevant participants, and over EUR 30,000 in prizes from summit partners.
