TotalForce+ is MOAA's flagship conference uniting more than 4,000 participants — active duty personnel, Guard and Reserve members, veterans, caregivers, DoW and VA leaders, and industry professionals — under the theme "Mission first, people always." The inaugural edition runs February 1-3, 2027 (exhibitor setup and special ticketed events on February 1; main programming and Exhibit Hall hours February 2-3) and addresses benefits, health care, military recruiting, and pay, exploring solutions to modernize talent management and innovation, optimize leadership development and performance, advance quality of life, and amplify the veteran and retiree experience. The Exhibit Hall in Prince George's Halls D & E features partner exhibits, the Networking & Connections Hub, the Human Performance Lab, Studio Live, MOAA Mission Central, the Leadership Library and the Hold-My-Commute Reception. Not open to the general public — registration categories cover currently serving military, DoW/VA civilians, veterans and industry representatives.
